Shipping Couriers
Shipping is handled via different couriers depending on our production partners. You can see the specific courier details on the stores page. Some of the couriers that our partner use are USPS (United States Postal Service), Asendia, UPS, DHL, etc.
Important Notes
- Successful payment is indicated by an order reference number which you will get on the order confirmation page and in your email (please see your junk/spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox).

- We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by typos, incomplete addresses, or unreachable contact numbers.
- If your package is lost, please first ensure that the address provided is 100% accurate, as even a single missing letter or number can result in delivery failure.
- If the address is correct, contact your local post office. In some cases, packages may be held at the local post office for pickup after arriving in the destination city.
